Recipe of the Week: Creamy Boursin French Herb Cheese Eggs

4 eggs
1/4 of Boursin Cheese round
Half and Half, 2-3 tablespoons
Sazon Adobe Seasoning, few shakes
Butter for pan
Whisk together, eggs, cheese, half and half, and seasonings. Melt butter in pan, add eggs, cook on medium low, stirring till cooked to your liking.
Serves 2

8 cups of water
2 cups of quick grits (not instant)
¾ tsp or 1 tsp salt (very important to salt your water)
8 oz Velveeta, cubed
½ stick of butter, cubed, real butter
¼ tsp ground red pepper

Topping:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp butter, softened
½ cup chopped nuts
2 cups mini chocolate chips, divided

Cake:
1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
¾ cup granulated sugar

Loaf of challah bread
5 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups of  2 % or whole milk

3 cups of fresh or frozen berries (I used frozen raspberries, blueberries & blackberries)
